Conference fee

Early Rate, 1 March to 11 April: 1.290 €*
Standard Rate, from 12 April: 1.490 €*
The conference fee includes access to the conference programme, conference documentation, lunches and coffee breaks.

For brands & bottlers: 25 Years anniversary special

​The IWK, Institute for Materials Technology and Plastics Processing at the OST, University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland, is pleased to invite all participants of PETnology Europe 2025 to visit their institute after the presentation programme on 28 May 2025.

Participation conditions

Bookings are transferable from one person to another at any time. 

For bookings cancelled by 3 April 2024, the booking fee will be fully refunded (minus 90,00 € administration fee). 

For bookings cancelled by 1 May 2024, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations after this date. 

PETnology reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or to change the agenda on short notice. In these cases participants will be immediately notified. If the conference must be postponed the registrations remain valid, the participants are however free to resign from the conference at no charge within 14 days after publication of the postponement. If the conference has to be cancelled, the conference fee will be fully refunded if already paid. Fees for advertisements which have already been published can not be refunded. In any case the liability is limited solely to the conference fee.
